Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our small but busy, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys working to deadlines while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Taking customer orders over the phone in a professional and efficient manner
Processing and managing customer orders accurately
Preparing and issuing invoices
Handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service
Maintaining accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer details
Supporting the wider sales team with administrative tasks
Working at pace to meet daily deadlines and business targets
Requirements
Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role (preferred)
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
