Chefs and Chef Managers Wanted - Surrey Area

Pay: £16-£18 per hour (weekly pay)

Start Date: Mid-August (with training/inductions provided)

We are currently recruiting for experienced School Chef Managers to join busy school catering teams in the Surrey area.

This is an excellent opportunity to start in mid-August with a structured training period, with the potential to move into a permanent position for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the day-to-day running of a school kitchen

· Plan and deliver healthy, nutritious meals for pupils

· Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety

· Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets

· Supervise and support kitchen staff

Requirements:

· Previous experience working within a school kitchen environment (essential)

· Chef Manager or senior catering experience

· Enhanced DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months (essential)

· Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance

· Excellent organisational and leadership skills
