Recycling Operative

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting on behalf of our public sector client for a Recycling Operator to join their team in Kilmarnock. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual seeking an immediate start in a stable, ongoing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with recycling operations and waste management processes
• Sorting and handling recyclable materials safely and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 4:00pm

Pay Rate:

• £14.39 per hour

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Awareness of health & safety practices
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
