<h2>Customer Contact Inbound Telephony Advisor (x6)</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Perth (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office)</p><p><strong>Rate:</strong> £15.54 per hour</p><p><strong>Contract:</strong> 12-month temporary assignment</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> 10th August 2026</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday</p><p><strong>Shifts:</strong> Between 8:30am and 5:30pm</p><p> </p><p>Are you a natural problem solver with a passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where resolving customer queries quickly and effectively is a priority?</p><p>We are looking for Customer Contact Inbound Telephony Advisors to join a busy customer service team. In this role, you will focus on delivering First Call Resolution (FCR), ensuring customers receive accurate and efficient support at the first point of contact.</p><h3> </h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Respond to inbound customer enquiries with professionalism and empathy.</li><li>Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions wherever possible at the first point of contact.</li><li>Use internal systems and knowledge bases to support customer enquiries.</li><li>Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes.</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and improve processes.</li><li>Deliver a high standard of customer service on every call.</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and active listening skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving first call resolution.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Confident using multiple systems and technology simultaneously.</li><li>A positive, customer-focused approach.</li></ul><h3>Important Information</h3><ul><li>Due to a structured training programme, we are unable to consider applicants who have any pre-booked holidays within the first 4-6 weeks of the assignment.</li><li>Any pre-booked holidays within the first six months of the assignment must be clearly declared during the application process.</li><li>Successful applicants will be required to undergo BPSS screening.</li></ul><p>If you are passionate about helping customers, enjoy solving problems and are looking for your next customer service opportunity, we would love to hear from you.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
