About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientated Clerical Assistant to support our team in a busy, fast-paced office environment. This role is focused on data processing, accurately transferring handwritten information from job tickets, timesheets and stock lists into our new repairs management system.
You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity and supporting operational efficiency during a period of system transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and interpret handwritten data from job tickets, timesheets and stock lists
- Accurately input data into the new repairs system
- Ensure all entries are complete, consistent, and error-free
- Manage high volumes of data within tight deadlines
- Identify and flag unclear or missing information
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company procedures
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as required
About You
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret handwritten information accurately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data systems
- Strong work ethic and reliability
