Head Chef - Blandford - No Late Nights

Head Chef required for a busy contract catering site in Blandford Forum. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic chef who enjoys a varied role, occasional evening work, and a dynamic service environment.

Key Info:

• Hours: 5 days out of 7, 52 weeks per year
• Shifts: Typically 7-3, 9-5 or 11-7 (weekends on a rota basis)
• Location: Blandford Forum
• High-volume site serving several hundred covers daily
• Residential element on-site with additional hospitality and function work

Responsibilities:

• Deliver consistently high-quality food in line with company standards
• Work in a professional, efficient, and safe manner at all times
• Ensure excellent presentation to client specification
• Take initiative and support the wider team
• Maintain a strong focus on food, service, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume environment
• Relevant culinary qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent) or strong experience
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
