Van Driver / Warehouse Operative - Bracknell (RG12) We are seeking an experienced Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team in the Bracknell (RG12) area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and previous experience as a van driver. This is a temporary position offering excellent opportunities for overtime. Key Information<ul><li>Job Title: Van Driver / Warehouse Operative</li><li>Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm</li><li>Pay Rate: £14.81 per hour (PAYE)</li><li>Requirement: A Basic DBS check must be completed before starting</li></ul> Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate a 3.5t van for site deliveries and perform a variety of warehouse tasks.</li><li>Support the team leader and colleagues in daily operational activities.</li><li>Carry out inventory control, including cycle counts.</li><li>Manage goods receiving processes efficiently.</li><li>Pick and pack goods accurately for outbound shipment.</li><li>Work towards and achieve set SLAs and KPI targets.</li><li>Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse.</li><li>Process outbound materials and orders in line with work instructions.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Valid driving licence with 0 penalty points and proven driving experience.</li><li>Minimum 2 years' experience working in a warehouse environment.</li><li>Previous experience using warehouse management systems such as SAP or JDA.</li><li>Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Excellent numerical ability.</li><li>Skilled in stock picking, packing, and shipping processes.</li><li>Competent in inventory control and cycle counting.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions effectively.</li><li>Able to complete tasks accurately and on time.</li><li>Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and organisational abilities.</li></ul> If this opportunity interests you, please reply today.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
