Blue Arrow are recruiting Load Bay Operatives on behalf of our client,

XPO Logistics, at their busy site in Sherburn (LS25).

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and fast-paced logistics operation.

Shift Pattern (Rotating)

• Mornings: 04:45 - 13:15
• Afternoons: 12:45 - 21:15
• Nights: 20:45 - 05:15

Flexibility to work all shifts is essential.

Pay Rates

• Days: £12.71 per hour
• Afternoons: £12.71 per hour (increases to £14.67 per hour from 18:00 onwards)
• Nights: £14.67 per hour

Role Responsibilities

• Securing and unsecuring trailer loads
• Scanning trailer loads on arrival and prior to departure
• Checking and processing inbound and outbound loads
• Ensuring all goods are safely loaded and secured for transit
• Working efficiently within a busy load bay environment
• Following all health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced role
• Good attention to detail, especially when scanning and checking loads
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused individuals
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
