The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and support the smooth running of the business across internal sales, purchasing, supplier management, operations and office coordination.This is a varied position where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team and will be involved in both operational leadership and day-to-day business activities.You will help manage quotations, orders, purchasing, invoicing, supplier relationships, workflow coordination and internal processes, while also supporting customer service and operational efficiency across the business.The role would suit someone who is commercially aware, highly motivated, entrepreneurial in their thinking and looking for a long-term opportunity where they can grow with the business and make a real difference.
