LocationHeathfield Way,Northamptonshire, NN5 Important Information<ul><li>All candidates will complete a site induction / FLT assessment and Drug &amp; Alcohol test prior to starting.</li></ul>Shift Pattern<ul><li>4 days on / 4 days off</li><li>4 nights on / 4 days off</li><li>Rotating shift pattern</li></ul>Pay &amp; Contract<ul><li>£16.21 per hour (PAYE)</li><li>Weekly pay (every Friday)</li><li>Full-time hours, temp ongoing opportunity with long-term potential</li></ul>Your Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate a FLT Counterbalance truck to load and unload goods</li><li>Ensure accurate checking and handling of deliveries</li><li>Identify and report any discrepancies or potential service issues promptly</li><li>Support picking, packing, and documentation processes</li><li>Use manual handling equipment safely where required</li><li>Maintain high standards of health &amp; safety compliance</li><li>Report any damage to property or equipment</li><li>Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced warehouse team</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Valid B1 FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date essential)</li><li>Minimum 1 year warehouse/logistics experience</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions</li><li>Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling</li><li>Good English communication skills (spoken, written &amp; reading)</li><li>Basic IT and numeracy skills</li><li>Flexible and adaptable approach to work</li><li>Experience with 3.5 tonne double pallet handlers (desirable)</li></ul>What's in It for You?<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate with pay progression opportunities</li><li>Weekly pay for financial flexibility</li><li>Overtime opportunities available</li><li>Access to ongoing training and development</li></ul>Apply Today!Ready to get started?
