You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from initial enquiry through to ongoing service delivery. Alongside this, you will support the wider team by managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients (in person, phone, and email)
- Delivering a professional and friendly client experience
- Managing and maintaining diaries, bookings, and appointments
- Handling changes, cancellations, and confirmations
- Updating client records and ensuring accuracy of information
- Processing payments and supporting basic financial administration
- Supporting service recovery and resolving queries efficiently
- Maintaining an organised and professional front-of-house environment
- Following internal processes and contributing to improvements
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Confidence in using systems and learning new technology
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Experience in a front desk or client-facing role
- Background in a fast-paced or service-driven environment
- Experience using booking or CRM systems

Hours
