Blue Arrow are currently recruiting Yard Operatives on behalf of our client based in Montrose, supporting a newly secured project. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for consistent, full-time work over the coming months.

Job Details

• Location: Montrose
• Duration: Up to 3 months
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Start: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the safe loading and unloading of cabins, buildings, and materials
• Carrying out general yard duties to support daily operations
• Maintaining plant, tools, and equipment to a high standard
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times

About You

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in an outdoor, physically demanding role
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous yard, labouring, or industrial experience is beneficial but not essential
