We're excited to be recruiting a full-time Warehouse Operative to join our well-established and fast-paced logistics team in Bromford, Birmingham. If you enjoy working in a hands-on environment and thrive in a busy warehouse setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Location: Bromford Gate, Birmingham (B24)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: £12.91 per hour (PAYE)

Contract: Ongoing temporary with full-time hours

What You'll Be Doing

As a key part of our warehouse team, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly:

• Picking and preparing orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Carrying out quality control to ensure high standards
• Using RDT scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Supporting general warehouse and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in a warehouse environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Confident using warehouse systems and scanners (WMS & RDT)
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledgeable in quality control processes
