Agency Housekeeper

We are currently recruiting reliable and detail-oriented Agency Housekeepers to support a beautiful, well-established hotel based in the Henley area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-quality hospitality environment, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Shift Patterns

• Morning Shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm
• Afternoon/Evening Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm
• (Flexible agency work available across both shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms to a high standard
• Replenishing linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Maintaining cleanliness in public areas such as corridors and reception spaces
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items
• Ensuring all housekeeping trolleys and storage areas are kept tidy and well stocked
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting wider housekeeping team as required

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and reliability
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
