Contract: Temporary ongoing (5 out of 7 days), full‑time hours

Pay Rate: £13.50-£14.00 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting reliable and motivated Van Drivers to join a well‑established client based in High Wycombe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for steady, full‑time work with an immediate start, working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operating a company van for multi‑drop and scheduled deliveries
• Delivering goods efficiently and on time to customers
• Loading and unloading items when required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
• Planning routes effectively to meet delivery targets
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately
• Providing a professional and friendly service at all delivery points
• Following road safety regulations and company procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (Category B)
• Previous van driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of local and surrounding road networks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and physically active role
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused

Desirable

• Previous multi‑drop delivery experience
• Experience using handheld delivery devices
• Basic vehicle maintenance awareness
