Neighborhood Services Manager

Neighbourhood Service Manager for an immediate start - salary £65,038k. This is an initial 3‑month contract, with the potential to extend.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Extensive experience in housing management
• A proven ability to lead large operational teams
• Strong expertise in ASB casework and neighbourhood management
• The capacity to stabilise services quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Role Requirements

• Candidates must live within commutable distance of Coventry.
• They must be able to commit to up to 2/3 days per week in the office.
• This is a senior operational role overseeing a large, high‑demand housing management service.

Team Leadership Responsibilities

The postholder will manage services covering approximately 16,000 properties, with direct responsibility for:

• Neighbourhood Team Leaders (5)
• Neighbourhood Officers (31.5 FTE)
• Safer Neighbourhood Officers (5)
• Neighbourhood Assistants (4)

The role requires strong leadership, performance management, and the ability to drive service standards across multiple teams.
