FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for FLT Drivers / Warehouse Operatives to work at a busy and well-established site in Magor. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get back into work or build experience within a warehouse environment.

Pay Rates

• Days: £16.22 per hour
• Nights: £17.84 per hour
• Overtime (Weekday): £19.46 per hour
• Overtime (Saturday): £20.28 per hour
• Overtime (Sunday): £24.33 per hour
• Bank Holidays: £32.44 per hour

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• 12-hour shifts
  • 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • 7:00pm - 7:00am
• Rotating between days and nights
• Full-time hours (average 42 hours per week)

The Role

This role involves working as part of a team to support the day-to-day running of a warehouse and distribution operation.

Duties Include

• Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) safely
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Supporting production lines with materials
• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Keeping the work area clean and safe

Working Environment

• Mix of indoor warehouse and outdoor work
• Fast-paced but supportive team environment
• Full training on site systems provided

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Valid FLT licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Good attitude and reliability
• Willingness to work shifts including nights
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures

Desirable

• Previous warehouse or FLT experience
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
