Location: Bourne

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00pm - 3:30am

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our night team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, collating, and preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring all work meets agreed quality and service standards.

You'll play a key part in ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently, helping the business meet delivery targets while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and collate customer orders ready for dispatch
• Prepare and load outbound shipments to agreed standards
• Work independently to meet productivity and quality targets
• Communicate effectively with colleagues across the business
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes

About You

• Comfortable working independently, including working alone for periods
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Basic numeracy skills for order accuracy
• Physically fit and able to lift and move boxes, pallets, and materials
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Requirements

• Must have your own transport to travel to and from the Bourne site
• Must be able to commit to night shifts (Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00pm - 3:30am)
