Manufacturing operative Bootle

Manufacturing operatives required - Bootle - ongoing role - guaranteed 37 hours per week

We are looking for a small team of warehouse manufacturing candidates who have a background and hands on experience working in a factory environment.

The role involves producing industrial inkjet inks and cartridges. Responsibilities focus on formulating, blending, filling, and packaging industrial fluids while adhering to stringent health, safety, and ISO quality standards.

About you

We are looking for a great team player, exceptionally organised, and self-motivated with a strong communication and customer service orientation as well as great attention to details and ability to multi-task.

Previous experience of working within warehouse/manufacturing / production environment would be advantageous.

Pay rate 12.71 per hour rising to 12.98 post 12 weeks ongoing role

37 Hours weekly overtime paid at time & half

Day shifts 8am -4pm

Early shifts 7am - 2.30pm

Late shifts 2pm -10pm

Typical Core Responsibilities

• Batch Manufacturing: Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw chemical materials according to precise formulas.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain fluid-filling and packaging machinery for ink cartridges.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct physical and chemical tests (viscosity, pH levels, colour consistency) to ensure compliance with strict manufacturing specifications.
• Inventory & Packaging: Package finished cartridges, label them with batch codes, and manage warehouse stock levels.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a clean workspace, safely handle hazardous chemicals, and adhere to strict environmental and safety regulations
