Warehouse Operative - Gatwick

Location: London Gatwick (RH10)

Pay rate: £12.92 per hour

Contract: Temp ongoing

Hours: Full time - Shifts will operate between 5am-11pm and you must be fully flexible for any shifts between these hours across the week. Weekend working is expected

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Bar Packers / Warehouse Operatives to work within a bonded warehouse environment, supporting airline operations. This is a hands-on role suited to reliable and detail-focused individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Packer:

· Picking and packing airline bar equipment to strict airline standards

· Ensuring all bar contents are correctly packed and sealed

· Restocking bars returned from flights

· Searching and sealing products in line with security procedures

· Working in a bonded warehouse while adhering to CAA regulations

Warehouse Operative:

· Receiving goods into the warehouse

· Stock distribution and stock control

· Maintaining accurate records for all products

· Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant

· Following all bonded warehouse and CAA regulatory requirements

Skills, Knowledge and Requirements

· Comfortable handling pork products, alcohol, and tobacco

· Prepared to stand for long periods and undertake manual tasks

· Good mobility and strong work ethic

· Must be 18 years of age or over

· Willing to work in a chilled environment

· Basic numeracy and English skills

· Reliable and able to follow detailed procedures
