Are you an experienced General Manager ready to lead a high-performing, fast-paced venue? We're looking for a dynamic and driven GM to take the reins of a very busy, independent fresh food pub in Fordingbridge.

📍 Location: Fordingbridge

💰 Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + bonus + tips (£5-8k)

🕒 Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 48 hours per week

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a thriving business turning over £3 million per year. You'll be at the heart of a high-volume operation, driving standards, team performance, and guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading day-to-day operations of a very busy pub
• Managing, motivating, and developing a strong front and back of house team
• Driving sales, service standards, and overall business performance
• Overseeing rotas, stock control, and financials
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining high standards of compliance, cleanliness, and service

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a busy, fresh food pub
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercially aware with experience managing high turnover sites
• Passion for quality food, drink, and hospitality
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a volume-driven environment
