DBS School CleanerLocation: Various locations in BirminghamHours: Monday to Friday from 3/3.30pm-6/6.30pm15 hours a weekPay Rate: £12.71 per hourImmediate start <h2>About the Role</h2>Working within a school environment, you will play an important part in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic setting for students and staff. Typical duties include:<ul><li>Cleaning communal areas, hallways, offices, classrooms, canteens, toilets</li><li>Sanitising high‑touch surfaces and ensuring infection control standards are met</li><li>Emptying bins and replenishing consumables</li><li>Maintaining cleanliness in staff areas and facilities</li><li>Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns</li><li>Working to strict hygiene and safeguarding procedures</li></ul><hr /><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 12 months or on the update service</li><li>Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a school</li><li>Good understanding of COSHH</li><li>Ability to work independently with high attention to detail</li><li>Safeguarding training - Blue Arrow can provide this if needed.</li><li>Must be able to work Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis</li></ul> Please click to apply nowBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
