Contract: Temporary ongoing (5 out of 7 days), full‑time hours

Pay Rate: £13.00-£15.00 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting reliable and experienced 7.5 Tonne Drivers to join a well‑established client based in High Wycombe.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers seeking consistent full‑time hours, an immediate start, and the chance to work with a supportive and friendly transport team.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operating a 7.5 tonne vehicle for multi‑drop or scheduled deliveries

Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers

Loading and unloading deliveries as required

Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects

Planning routes efficiently and adhering to delivery schedules

Maintaining delivery paperwork and records accurately

Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

Following all road safety regulations and company procedures

Candidate Requirements

Valid UK driving licence (C1 entitlement)

Previous 7.5 tonne driving experience (1-2 years preferred)

Good knowledge of UK road networks

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding role

Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious

Desirable

Previous multi‑drop delivery experience

Familiarity with handheld delivery devices

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
