Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 Drivers - Immediate Starts Available

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (ST4)

Shifts: Pre‑booked, reliable shifts available now

We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing work in the ST4 area. This role offers consistent, pre‑planned shifts and excellent earning potential.

Pay Rates (Pre‑Charge)

• Days (06:00-16:00): £17.18 per hour
• Noons (16:00-22:00): £18.90 per hour
• Nights (22:00-06:00): £20.62 per hour
• Bank Holidays: 1.5x overtime rate

Shift Times

We are ideally looking for drivers available for early starts from 2am onwards, with typical start times between 02:00-06:00. However, we are happy to review any drivers you have available.

The Role

• Predominantly store deliveries and collections
• Manual handling involved using a manual pump truck or EPT (training provided)
• Work includes both single deck and double deck trailers
• Modern fleet including Volvo and Mercedes units

Experience & Requirements

• Full UK Class C+E licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Ideally 2 years' Class 1 experience, but we will consider less for the right drivers
