Location: Independent School (Oxfordshire)

Salary: £40,000 to £48,000

A rare opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to shape and deliver a premium events and commercial hospitality programme within a prestigious independent school setting. This senior role combines strategic commercial development with hands‑on operational leadership, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across a diverse year‑round events calendar.

The Role

  • Lead the commercial hospitality and events function, driving revenue growth and premium service delivery.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of internal and external events, fine and casual dining, and hospitality experiences.
  • Work closely with culinary and operational leaders to ensure quality, consistency and innovation.
  • Manage and develop a small hospitality team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Hold responsibility for financial performance, forecasting, pricing and P&L management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies and regulations.
