Sous Chef - Blandford- Work life balance role - £17.77 per hour

Recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a contract catering unit located a short drive from Blandford. This is a busy site catering for high volume using fresh ingredients. You will be working for one of the industry's leading contract catering companies.

Key Information:

* £17.77 per hour, working 35 hours per week

* Hours: 5/7 days, 35 hours, Mon - Fri - 1 weekend in 4, Paid overtime available - Shift patterns: 06.00-14.00 with a 1hr break. 11.00 - 19.30 with a 1.5hr break. Weekends - 07.00-18.30 with a 2hr break.

* Location: A few miles from Blandford, own transport essential

* Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

* Producing dishes to meet the required standard

* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene

* Develop and train the other chefs

In order to be successful, you'll need to have:

Sous Chef experience

Experience working in a similar role / establishment

Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent

Passionate about food

Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to take operation to the next level
