Accounts Assistant - Langley, Slough

Location: Office-based (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Langley, Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in accounts or finance support who is looking to contribute to a fast-paced and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices and managing order workflows
  • Supporting day-to-day accounting operations
  • Following up on outstanding documents and payments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and data
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role
  • Essential: Proven experience using SAGE 200
  • Strong working knowledge of invoicing and order processing
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Confident using spreadsheets and accounting/business systems
  • Strong communication skills, particularly when liaising about outstanding items
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
