Accounts Assistant - Langley, Slough
Location: Office-based (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Langley, Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in accounts or finance support who is looking to contribute to a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices and managing order workflows
- Supporting day-to-day accounting operations
- Following up on outstanding documents and payments
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role
- Essential: Proven experience using SAGE 200
- Strong working knowledge of invoicing and order processing
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Confident using spreadsheets and accounting/business systems
- Strong communication skills, particularly when liaising about outstanding items
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
