The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
- Support the delivery of high‑quality early years education and care
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support learning through play in line with the EYFS
- Promote children's wellbeing, development, and curiosity
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and professionalism
