The Role
As Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding early years practice
- Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children thrive
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning in line with the EYFS
- Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and compliance
- Support, mentor, and develop team members
About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) - essential
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or strong practitioner ready to step up
- Passionate about child development and high-quality early years education
- Confident leading a team and setting high standards
- Warm, professional, and dedicated to making a real difference
