We are recruiting a team of experienced Pickers & Packers for our site in Skelmersdale to work 4 days on and 4 days off. The role includes using a hand held scanner and picking detailed customer orders.

You will be working at WN8 8DY in a site picking anything from a Screw to paint, lights or household items. You will be working to hourly targeted pick rates - hence will require experience

Have you experience in this?

· Picking and packing high‑demand, fast‑moving consumer products that can be small - medium or large

· Using hand‑held scanners to follow pick routes and scan items - and targets daily

· Ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent attention to detail in all orders you are responsible for

· Supporting performance targets in a supportive team environment

What the pay and working hours look like?

· £13.00 per hour minimum for each hour worked

· Enhanced night rates if you fancy moving from days

· 4 on / 4 off shift pattern - great work life balance

· 6am start - 17.30pm
