Backshift Production Operator - Food Manufacturing

Location: Bellshill

Shift: Backshift - Monday to Friday 3.30pm-9pm

Contract: Temporary on going

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting a Backshift Production Operator to join our food manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous food production or factory experience who is reliable, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Handling, assembling, and packing food products to quality standards
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within a food production or manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work backshift hours
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written)
