<h2>Production Operative - Animal Feed Manufacturing</h2>£12.71 per hour + bonusesDays &amp; Nights Available We are currently recruiting hard‑working Production Operatives to support a busy animal feed manufacturing site. This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates who want ongoing work, structured training, and the chance to upskill within a production environment.<h3>The Role</h3>As a Production Operative, your duties will include:<ul><li>Working on a fast‑paced production line</li><li>Handling and packing animal feed products</li><li>Carrying out manual handling tasks</li><li>Maintaining high health &amp; safety and quality standards</li><li>Supporting forklift drivers and the wider production team when required</li></ul>This is a standing role and can involve long shifts, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.<h3>Shift Patterns</h3><ul><li>Days: 6:00am - 2:00pm</li><li>(Flexibility required to work between 8-12 hours)</li><li>Nights: 6:00pm - 6:00am (4 on / 4 off)</li></ul>Flexibility is key, particularly during peak periods.<h3>Pay &amp; Bonuses</h3><ul><li>£12.71 per hour</li><li>£30 night shift bonus</li><li>£130 weekend bonus when both Saturday &amp; Sunday are worked in the same week</li><li>Pay increases available as training is completed and skills develop</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>A strong work ethic and good initiative</li><li>Willingness to learn and upskill</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and committed to shifts</li><li>Previous production or warehouse experience beneficial but not essential</li></ul>Forklift drivers and experienced production operatives are also welcomed.
