Production Operative - Animal Feed Manufacturing

£12.71 per hour + bonuses

We are currently recruiting hard‑working Production Operatives to support a busy animal feed manufacturing site. This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates who want ongoing work, structured training, and the chance to upskill within a production environment.

The Role

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Working on a fast‑paced production line
• Handling and packing animal feed products
• Carrying out manual handling tasks
• Maintaining high health & safety and quality standards
• Supporting forklift drivers and the wider production team when required

This is a standing role and can involve long shifts, so a good level of physical fitness is essential.

Shift Patterns

• Days: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• (Flexibility required to work between 8-12 hours)
• Nights: 6:00pm - 6:00am (4 on / 4 off)

Flexibility is key, particularly during peak periods.

Pay & Bonuses

• £12.71 per hour
• £30 night shift bonus
• £130 weekend bonus when both Saturday & Sunday are worked in the same week
• Pay increases available as training is completed and skills develop

• Willingness to learn and upskill
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to shifts
• Previous production or warehouse experience beneficial but not essential

Forklift drivers and experienced production operatives are also welcomed.
