Blue Arrow are recruiting for a Class 1 ADR driver to fill shifts across multiple clients, call the Blue Arrow Bellshill office to find out the clients and more information Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Safe Transportation: Driving HGVs to deliver dangerous goods (e.g., fuels, chemicals) while complying with ADR safety protocols.</li><li>Loading/Unloading: Filling and discharging tankers, ISO tanks, or packages at customer sites.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Documentation: Ensuring all documentation is accurate, including consignment notes, tachographs, and vehicle defect reports.</li><li>Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting daily vehicle checks, coupling/uncoupling trailers, and reporting any damage or malfunctions.</li><li>Safety Adherence: Strictly following site-specific safety regulations and protocols to prevent incidents. </li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>License: Full HGV Category C+E (Class 1) licence.</li><li>Certification: Valid ADR training certificate (often tanks/packages).</li><li>CPC: Valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).</li><li>Experience: Proven experience (often 2+ years) in Class 1 driving and tanker work.</li><li>Skills: Strong communication, focus on safety, and flexibility with working hours.</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
