Operations Agent - Warehouse

We are recruiting operations agent for our client in Basildon. Working hours shift will be 16:00- 20:00.

A DHL Operations Processor handles the safe loading/unloading, scanning, sorting, and processing of shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires high attention to detail for compliance, physical stamina for handling heavy packages, and team collaboration. Common duties include data entry, updating shipment locations, and managing inventory flow.

>Your duties will include:

* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

* Processing incoming and outgoing shipments in line with DHL's compliance procedures

* Accurately scanning and sorting parcels and stock

* Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all tasks

* Supporting general warehouse operations as required

What We're Looking For

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting

* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Previous experience in logistics or distribution is an advantage

* Must hold a valid DBS check

* Must be able to provide references covering the last 5 years
