FLT Counterbalance Driver

£13.50-£15.50 per hour | Monday to Friday | Immediate start

We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Doncaster (DN10 6ET). This is an ongoing, full‑time role with consistent weekday hours and overtime opportunities.

Job Details

• Operating a 3‑tonne counterbalance forklift
• Handling insulation products within a warehouse environment
• Using a double handler attachment (training provided if required)
• General warehouse duties as required
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• 10:30 - 19:00
• Occasional overtime available up to 22:00
• Overtime paid at an enhanced rate

Pay Rates

• £13.50 per hour
• £15.50 per hour - overtime
• Pay rate increase after 13 weeks

Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB / ITSSAR / NPORS - no in‑house licences)
• Previous experience as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver
• Experience operating a 3‑tonne counterbalance truck
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
