Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for hard‑working and reliable Labour Operatives to join our client on a temp‑to‑perm basis, with an immediate start available.

This is a varied, hands‑on role offering clear career progression and a pay increase upon moving into a permanent position. Ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who is willing to work hard and develop within the company.

The Role

As a Labour Operative, duties will include a wide range of practical tasks such as:

• Jet‑washing cabins and modular units
• Deep cleaning of cabins, offices and welfare units
• Painting and refurbishment work
• Minor repairs, including damage repairs and replacements
• General yard and site duties as required

This is a physical, active role where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will be:

• Able to work well as part of a team

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential. Transferable skills from handy work, painting, plumbing, workshop or labouring roles would be beneficial.

Pay & Progression

• £13.50 per hour during temporary period
• Increase to £14.95 per hour once taken on permanently
• Temp‑to‑perm opportunity with long‑term career prospects
• Full‑time, stable hours - Monday to Friday + overtime opportunities
