We are a supplier of plastic compounding product, colour concentrates and additives, we are looking for a new team member to join us at our site in Warrington. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Process Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for you if you can evidence process & Production Experience looking for ongoing, stable work on a structured rota pattern.

Shift Pattern (3-Week Rotating Rota)

Week 1:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00am-7:00pm

Week 2:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 7:00pm-7:00am

Week 3:

Monday, Tuesday - 7:00pm-7:00am

Friday - 7:00am-7:00pm

Is this you?

· Experience in Operating production processes and equipment to the highest standards of safe working practice

· Follow all standard safety procedures (including LOTO and PPE requirements)

· Familiar with Production of Products from materials

· Clean and maintain all upstream, extrusion, and downstream equipment

· Worked previously on a production line

· Ensure quality and efficiency targets are met

· Maintain accurate production records where require

What we are looking for?

· Previous process manufacturing experience is essential

· Strong understanding of health & safety procedures

· Ability to follow detailed documentation and production plans

· Able to deliver shift patterns

The benefits

· £15.00 per hour £720 a week gross on 48 hour week

· Weekly pay on Friday AM

· Holiday pay accrued weekly that can be added to your wage

· Shifts on app

· Ongoing work - no end date

· Full 12 Hours paid per shift

• Week 1 is 4 shifts on days - 48 hours
• Week 2 is 3 shifts on nights - 36 hours
• Week 3 is 3 shifts 2 on nights and 1 on days - 36 hours

Pre screens will be held in next 48 hours to start in next 7 days after a meet & greet on site
