Relief Chefs Wanted Position: Relief Chefs (Various Levels) - from Cooks, Chef de Partie, Sous chefs, Head Chefs and Catering/Chef ManagersEnvironments: Hotels, Restaurants, contract catering, golf clubs, School, Care homes, Prisons, plus many more!Location: Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire including Stafford, Congleton, Leek, Crewe, Newcastle under Lyme.Rate: £17.50-£20 per hour👨‍🍳 About the Role:Are you a dab hand in the kitchen, cool under pressure, and tired of the same four walls every day?We're on the hunt for passionate, reliable Relief Chefs to jump into several kitchens across Stafford &amp; Staffordshire. We work with buzzing hotel banqueting suites to private events, schools, care homes, contract catering and everything in between, that need reliable chefs to step in and keep things running smoothly. No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.If you're someone who can walk into a kitchen, crack on with the job, and bring a good attitude with you - we'd love to hear from you.🔍 What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Strong culinary background - from Chef de partie to Head Chef</li><li>Proven experience in kitchens, or large-scale catering (minimum 6 months to 1 year experience)</li><li>Ability to step into different kitchens and hit the ground running</li><li>High standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism</li><li>Punctual, dependable, and calm under pressure</li></ul><ul><li>Someone who can be flexible be able to work day and night shifts dependant on when the clients need cover</li><li>Ability to cover ad hoc same day booking requests for our clients - which could lead to more ongoing work.</li><li>Great communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li></ul> ✅ Requirements<ul><li>Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above)</li><li>Allergy Awareness training (preferred)</li><li>Own uniform and chef knives</li><li>Reliable transport (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Right to work in the UK</li></ul><ul><li>An in date Enhanced DBS DATED WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS ideally on the new updated service programme, this will allow you to work within Schools and Care homes.
