Location: Aylesbuey

Contract: Temporary ongoing (5 out of 7 days), full‑time hours

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a well‑established client based in Aylesbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking consistent full‑time hours, an immediate start, and the chance to work within a supportive and friendly warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing goods‑in and ensuring stock is processed accurately
• Picking and packing orders to a high standard
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading stock as required
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
• Adhering to site procedures and health & safety regulations
• Processing outbound materials and orders in line with work instructions

Candidate Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience (1-2 years preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated

Desirable (but not essential)

• Full UK driving licence
