We are based in WN8 and looking for a team of fast paced pickers who have previously worked in environments where you have picked individual customer orders to hourly targets and did so efficiently and accurately.

We are managing a large account with items as small as a pin to household furniture that require picking for domestic customer orders. Each order will involve picking several items at once - we have an intuitive system to help you but ultimately require a team that are used to working at a fast pace with a high degree of accuracy

Your Responsibilities

· Picking and packing high‑demand, fast‑moving consumer products

· Using hand‑held scanners to follow pick routes and scan items

· Ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent attention to detail in all orders you are responsible for

· Supporting performance targets in a supportive team environment

13.00+ per hour * Enhanced Night Rates £13.65 * 4 on / 4 off * Day & Night Shifts

Pay & Shifts

· £13.00 per hour minimum days and £13.65 Nights

· Enhanced night rates

· 4 on / 4 off shift pattern - great work life balance

· Days: 06:00 - 18:00

· Nights: 18:00 - 06:00

Perfect for anyone wanting a balanced shift pattern with predictable, long‑term work. Weekend work is included as the 4 days move each week
