Class 1

HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers - Days / Trampers / Nights

In partnership with XPO Logistics

We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) Drivers to join a well‑established operation based in LE14, delivering and collecting Toyota forklift trucks nationwide.

We have opportunities available for Days, Trampers, and Nights, offering consistent Monday-Friday work and competitive pay rates.

Pay Rates

• Day rate: £15.96 per hour
• Night rate: £18.20 per hour
• Holiday pay accrued on top of hourly rate

Shift Patterns

• Days & Trampers: 6:00am starts
• Nights: 6:00pm starts
• 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role

• Nationwide deliveries and collections of Toyota forklift trucks
• Handling loads of various shapes and sizes
• Loading vehicles from a pick list
• Unloading at customer sites
• Collecting and loading return equipment where required
• Ensuring loads are secured safely and professionally

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• FLT licence required - training can be provided if not currently held
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on safety and customer service
