Key Details<ul><li>Salary: £35,000 per annum</li><li>Hours/Pattern: Includes alternate weekends off</li><li>Location: Wimborne</li><li>Environment: High-volume restaurant (approx. 200 covers daily, rising to 300 in warmer months)</li><li>Operational Scope: Front of House and kitchen oversight</li><li>Sector: Leisure site </li></ul> About the RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you will be a hands-on, operational leader with the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.You'll oversee both Front of House and kitchen operations, ensuring service excellence, strong communication, and a positive, collaborative team culture.
