Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Supporting the Head Chef with daily operations and stepping up in their absence</li><li>Leading and motivating junior chefs to deliver high‑quality service</li><li>Helping with menu development, specials, and fresh ideas</li><li>Ensuring every dish leaves the pass with consistency, quality, and great presentation</li><li>Maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergen standards</li><li>Overseeing stock control, ordering, and minimising waste</li><li>Contributing to a positive, energetic and collaborative kitchen culture</li></ul>If you love pubs that take pride in proper food done well - this is the perfect setting.
