We're looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This is a varied, high-impact role where no two days are the same-perfect for someone who loves multitasking, engaging with customers, and making things happen.


🌟 What You'll Be Doing

As a key link between our customers and internal teams, you'll:

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and deliver outstanding service every time
  • Process orders efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Manage a diverse product range including roofing, civils, and insulation products
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure smooth delivery and service
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on quotes
  • Upsell products and help maximise revenue across our portfolio
  • Coordinate deliveries, optimise transport efficiency, and keep customers informed
  • Handle queries and complaints with professionalism, urgency, and care
  • Gather customer feedback and use insights to improve service and satisfaction
  • Provide support across the team, including holiday cover when needed

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or construction industries
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems
  • Upselling or business development experience
