Role: Counterbalance FLT Driver

Pay: £13.92 per hour

Shifts:

• Sunday-Thursday | 22:00-06:00-18:00-0600
• (Approx. 48-60 hours per week, including 12‑hour shifts)

About the Role

Blue Arrow are recruiting experienced Night Shift Counterbalance Drivers for a well‑established client in Burton‑on‑Trent. This is a great long‑term opportunity to join a busy warehouse team operating in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Loading and unloading pallets and stock

* Safe operation of Counterbalance FLT vehicles

* Maintaining attention to detail when handling stock

* Completing basic paperwork and following verbal/written instructions

Requirements (Must Have)

* Minimum 1 years' experience on Counterbalance

* Valid Counterbalance Licence (accredited certificate required)

* Safety boots

* Must pass drug & alcohol testing before starting and periodically
