This is an excellent opportunity for a customer‑focused, hands‑on chef with a passion for producing high‑quality dishes and delivering outstanding service to a discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities- Support the Head Chef in overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen operation.- Assist with planning and delivering exceptional dining experiences for a wide range of events, including matches, private functions, themed evenings, and special occasions.- Maintain strict quality control standards.- Ensure compliance with all health &amp; safety and food hygiene regulations.- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required.- Work alongside the Head Chef to manage food costs, operate within budgetary requirements, and maintain exceptional quality and profitability.- Collaborate closely with the Front of House team to coordinate events effectively. Key Requirements- Strong culinary skills with creativity and passion for producing exceptional dishes.- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with a flexible, proactive approach.- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.- Own transport is essential due to the rural location.
