🔧 What You'll Bring

• Qualified Electrician - 18th Edition - NVQ Level 3

• Strong commercial or industrial electrical installation background

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the electrical sector

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills

• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

🚀 The Role

This position combines technical expertise, commercial leadership, and client relationship management. You'll be instrumental in driving revenue, securing new opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery from tender stage through to completion.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical installation contracts from tender through to completion

• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates, quotations, and costings

• Maintain and grow an established client base - securing repeat business

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor KPIs, margins, and pipeline performance to drive profitability
