Restaurant Manager - Leisure Site - Wimborne
£35,000 per annum * Alternate Weekends Off * High-Volume, Hands-On Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant leisure-site restaurant in Wimborne. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume operation and shape a strong, motivated team.
This role is not suitable for Assistant Managers looking for a step up - proven Restaurant Manager experience is essential.

- Salary: £35,000 per annum
- Hours/Pattern: Includes alternate weekends off
- Location: Wimborne
- Environment: High-volume restaurant (approx. 200 covers daily, rising to 300 in warmer months)
- Operational Scope: Front of House and kitchen oversight

About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be a hands-on, operational leader with the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
You'll oversee both Front of House and kitchen operations, ensuring service excellence, strong communication, and a positive, collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and inspire a diverse restaurant team
- Oversee high-volume service with consistent quality
- Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and kitchen teams
- Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage rota planning, stock control, ordering, and daily operations
- Handle guest feedback and ensure service improvements where needed
- Develop and nurture team members, supporting their growth and performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (essential)
- Strong operational background with confidence managing both FOH and kitchen
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leader who leads by example
- Ability to build a strong, engaged, and motivated team
