A hugely popular fresh-food, sea‑front restaurant in Mudeford is looking for a Chef to join their friendly team for the busy spring/summer season. This is a fantastic chance to enjoy a vibrant coastal working environment while showcasing your skills in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven kitchen.
During the warmer months, the restaurant becomes a buzzing destination with outdoor al fresco dining - making this a fun, lively, and rewarding place to work.
🔑 What's on Offer
- £15 per hour
- Minimum 40 hours per week

- Seasonal contract: April - September
- 5 days out of 7

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to agreed standards.
- Delivering friendly, high‑quality catering service.
- Supporting food preparation and ensuring a clean, organised kitchen.
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service.
👨🍳 What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of fresh produce and ingredients.
- Experience in professional kitchens and across different cuisines.
- Knowledge of food production methods and kitchen procedures.
- A positive, approachable attitude and willingness to embrace new ideas.

- Previous experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- High standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
